2 Plug the printer’s power cord into the power connector on

the printer, and plug the Stackler’s power cord into the power

connector on the Stackler (at the left-rear side of the

Stackler).

»Note:

Remember that only the printer’s and the Stackler’s power

cords are connected when using the pedestal stand.

3 Insert the remaining cord into the cable holder, letting the

plug ends hang free.

4 Plug the power cords into the power outlets.

▲ Caution:

Make sure that the printer is turned off. Do not confuse

the Stackler’s, input paper deck’s, and printer’s power cord. Use

of the wrong cord could damage the Stackler.

5 Turn on the Stackler and high-capacity paper deck, if

installed, and then turn on the printer.
